High Card Flush Poker uses a standard 52-card deck of cards. The object of the Ante (base bet) and Raise (call bet) wagers is for the player to achieve more cards within their flush (cards of the same suit) than the designated player (which rotates on a hand-by-hand basis unless there are no eligible designated players or the eligible designated player waives their turn). Each player and the designated player use seven cards dealt. The winning hand is determined first by the most cards in the flush, i.e. a four-card flush beats a three-card flush. If both the player and the designated player have the same number of cards within their flushes, then the highest ranking card is used to determine the winner. If both the player and the designated player have the exact same quantity of cards with their flush and the ranking of all cards is exactly the same in relation to the Ante and Raise wagers, all bonus wagers are a push (tie). The Flush Bonus Wager is for the player’s hand to achieve a four-card flush or better as listed on the posted paytable. Straight Flush Bonus wager is for the player’s hand to achieve a three-card straight flush or better as listed on the posted paytable. Minimum and maximum wagering limits shall be posted at each table.

A Flush ranks fifth on the poker hand rankings chart. It is comprised of 5 suited cards. Note: A Flush does not have to have 5 cards in consecutive order – that would be known as a Straight Flush. The word ‘Flush’ does not immediately say anything about the nature of the hand.

Game Play

1.To begin the game, players place a required Ante wager and optionally a Straight Flush wager and/or Flush Bonus. Once all wagers are placed, each player and the designated player receive seven cards face-down, starting at the left of the dealer button and proceeding clockwise.

2.After inspecting their hand, players decide to either fold (forfeit their Ante and Bonus wagers) or place a Raise wager. The Raise wager may be up to 3x the Ante with a 6 or 7-card Flush, up to 2x the Ante with a 5-card flush or 1x the Ante with a 4-card flush or less.

3.Once all players have acted on their hands, the designated player’s seven-card hand is revealed. Each hand is compared to the designated player’s hand, begin right of the dealer button and proceeding counter-clockwise to determine the winner.

4.The designated player must have a hand consisting of at least a three-card 9-high flush to qualify. If the designated player does not qualify, the Ante wager will always get paid even money and the Raise wager pushes (receives no action). The designated players does not qualify their hand will remain in view to compare any qualifying 3 card straight flush only.

• The value of flush goes all the way up to AKQJ9 of the same suit, and this is the biggest flush possible without having the strongest hand in poker – royal flush (AKQJT of the same suit). The highest flush beats not only all the lower flushes that will not be folding to our huge bets, but it also beats all sets (trips), two pairs, and pairs.
• Noun A hand containing five cards of the same suit, diamonds, hearts, spades, or clubs; the hand ranking immediately below a full house and immediately above a straight. When multiple players each have a flush, the winner is determined by the value of the highest card held as part of the flush.

5.The designated player pays the Ante and Raise wagers even money if the player’s hand outranks the designated player’s qualifying hand.

6.The Straight Flush wager is eligible to when the player has placed the Straight Flush, Ante and Raise wagers and the Player’s hand contains a minimum of three consecutive suited cards. The Straight Flush wager will win when the player’s hand contains more consecutive suited cards than the designated players hand or when the player’s highest-ranking consecutive suited card beats the designated player’s highest-ranking suited card if both the players hand and designated players hand contain an equal number of consecutive suited cards. The Straight Flush wager will lose if the designated player’s hand contains more consecutive cards then the players hand or when the highest-ranking consecutive suited hand contain an equal number of consecutive cards. If both the player’s hand and designated player’s hand contain an equal number of consecutive suited cards and the highest-ranking card is the same, the Straight Flush wager is a push. The Straight Flush wager is evaluated independent of the Flush Wager.

7.The Flush wager is eligible to win when the player has placed the Flush, Ante, and Raise wagers and the player’s hand contains a minimum of four cards of the same suit. The flush wager will win when the player’s hand contains more cards of the same suit then the designated player’s hand or when the player’s highest-ranking suited card beats the designated player’s highest-ranking suited card if both the Players Hand and Designated players hand contain an equal number of suited cards. If the player’s and designated player’s highest ranking Suited card is the same, the next highest ranking card will be used for evaluation to determine a winner and so on. If both the player and designated player contain an equal number of suited cards all matching in rank then the Flush wager is a push. The Flush wager will lose if the designated player’s hand contains more suited cards then the players hand or if the designated players hand outranks the players hand when both hands contain an equal number of suited cards. The Flush wager will be evaluated independent of the Straight Flush Wager.
All wagers are paid to the extent the designated player’s money is in action. For example, all bets are paid to the extent of the designated player’s available funds. If at any time the designated player does not have sufficient funds to cover a players’ wager: a player’s hand will be considered dead, the player’s wager will be returned and not considered for purposes of the House Rake.
Note: A House Rake (charge to each player for participating in the game) may be imposed in the following fashion:
i.Upon all players uniformly,ii.Upon all players uniformly and not upon the Designated Player, or
iii.Upon the Designated Player only and not upon any other player; provided that the method and amount for the House Rake are clearly disclosed at the table.

Straight Flush Wager Paytable:

•Players’ cards must remain in plain view of the Dealer and other players and remain over the table at all times. Players who walk away from the table without acting on their hand will be considered a folded hand.
•Any discrepancy in number of cards dealt to a player and/or the shuffle machine blinks red, it will be considered a dead hand and all cards will be pulled in immediately without the players being allowed to look at their hand.
•Players must have sufficient money/ chips on the table to complete all wagers of their current hand.
• Cash does not play.
•The games' betting limit or type will not be changed unless approved by management.
